Can I try on the items I view online?

Yes, you are able to visit our store during our hours to try on any of our clothing items or view accessories or apparel that you're wanting!

How long does it take to complete a custom order?

We typically say  that an order can be completed within two weeks of ordering! However, factors outside of our control may attribute to longer completion periods, like vendor inventory or the size of your order!

How do I return an item?

You can return an item in the original, unworn, condition by shipping directly to our store. With that, if you wish to exchange for a larger size, simply include your order confirmation number and the desired size for the exchange! Lastly, if you wish to receive in-store credit, please include a note with your returned item too!

Can I customize a boutique item?
 

Yes, you can, but the material has to allow such too!

What is your return policy?

You are able to return an item from CCB! With that, you may exchange the piece for a larger size or for store credit only! 

However, any purchases made from CPA cannot be refunded or exchanged; but, for any cracks in the design or holes in the apparel, we will remake the item within 7 days of the purchase!
